North Myrtle Beach was formed in 1968 when four existing communities merged into one city. Cherry Grove, Crescent Beach, Ocean Drive, and Windy Hill each have their own character, their own property stock, and their own maintenance needs — and we've worked in all of them.
Cherry Grove is the northernmost point — canal-front homes with private boat docks, classic raised beach houses, and the kind of scenic inlet views that attract generations of the same families back year after year. Crescent Beach is a mix of vintage beach cottages and newer construction closer to the shore. Ocean Drive is the historic heart of the city — the shag music scene, the restaurants, and some of the oldest vacation homes on the Grand Strand.
