Services

Bakerss Property Maintenance provides lawn care, landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, painting, handyman, and related property maintenance services in Horry County, SC. All services are provided based on the agreed scope quoted before work begins. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing is based on actual work scope. If additional scope is identified during service, we will notify you before proceeding. Starting prices shown on this website are minimums and do not guarantee a specific final price for your property.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you represent that you have the authority to authorize service at the property. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for service completion. Bakerss is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or circumstances not disclosed before service.

Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. We are not responsible for re-cleaning or re-service requests made more than 48 hours after completion.

Liability

Bakerss Property Maintenance is fully licensed and insured in Horry County, SC. Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property surfaces, structures, or landscaping.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment. Overdue invoices are subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs. Emergency cancellations due to weather or personal emergencies will be rescheduled without penalty.
